Singing the rock hits of the '50s, '60s, and '70s, Rockin’ the Boroughs is a group of seniors based in Northborough, Mass. Led by conductor Manoj Padki and backed by a group of musicians including keyboardist Mark Hastings, the group performs both privately and publicly and incorporates dancing and props into their live shows. They rehearse during the day, in case driving is an issue for members, and welcome participants of all kinds.
Rocking the Boroughs Senior Show Choir performed at the Flanagan Theater at Southgate in Shrewsbury in June 2024. We gave one private and two sold-out performances to the public. This video shows highlights of the public performances.
